Rolex Oyster Perpetual Ref No. 1025

This is a vintage Rolex with years of neglect, came in for a repair due to broken stem and badly cracked crystal.

On removing the movement, the dial shows sign of corrosion and blemish, very bad indeed.

It's using Automatic movement Caliber 1570, which suppose was produce in the early 70's

I have to be extra careful on this watch, it's bone dry and need cleaning and lubrication.

I'll get quotation for the dial and inform the owner what he want to do, the crown, crystal and stem needs replacing.

Will continue here on the assembling and rectification.
